Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week 
 

Responsibilities: 
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries 
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner 
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions 
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system 
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience 
Skills: 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish or other languages is a plus) 
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems 
  • Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment 
  •  Experience using Service Titan software is a plus
